When I went to the opticians they booked me in to my appointment straight away, I was saw by the optometrist 5 minutes after I arrived, she did all the test that could have been done and she did a further test just to make sure everything was well. I don't think nothing could be improved, everything was well organised and all the staff were friendly and very helpful.

This was my first time receiving an eye test and purchasing glasses at Boots. I must say that the service was outstanding and I will most certainly be back!
